What data we process
The data you give us through the contact form or by email, phone or WhatsApp: name, business or company (optional), email, phone (optional), preferred contact method, page language and the content of your message.
In addition, as with any website, the hosting provider records technical connection data (such as your IP address) to serve the website and protect it.
What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry, talk to you about your project and, if you decide to go ahead, prepare and manage the service. We don't use your data to send you advertising.
Legal basis
When you ask us for information or a quote about our services, we process your data to take the pre-contractual steps you request (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
For other enquiries you send us, and for technical connection data, the basis is our legitimate interest in replying to the messages we receive and keeping the website available and secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
If you hire the service, we process your data to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and to comply with applicable legal obligations, for example tax and accounting (Article 6(1)(c)).
How long we keep it
For as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, if you hire the service, for the duration of the business relationship and the periods required by applicable law, for example for tax and accounting purposes.
Who we share it with
We don't share your data with third parties unless legally required. To provide the service we use providers that process data on the controller's behalf: Vercel (website hosting and running the contact form), Resend (delivering form messages by email) and IONOS (business email, where messages are received and handled).
International transfers
Vercel and Resend are companies based in the United States, so some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. For these transfers, both providers' data processing agreements incorporate the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacto@webrelstudio.com.

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable measures to protect your data.
